"Down on the Farm"

Open to all members of Stewartry Young Farmers Club

Six colour photographs relating to theme above and taken by the individual entering the competition should be delivered to WCF Country Centre, Castle Douglas before 1st August 2006.

They should be displayed on a piece of black card which must be no larger than A3 size.

No captions or titles.

All photos will be displayed at the Stewartry Show in the Young Farmers Tent.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR NAME ON THE FRONT OF THE CARD, BUT PLACE IT ON THE BACK.

Presidents awards for outstanding achievement went to: (all National Winners)

Katie Davidson for winning the Floral Art Section of Arts & Crafts at RHS

Kyla Graham for winning her section "decorated tea-light holder" of Arts & Crafts at the RHS

Janice Bell for winning Appearance & Display Section of Arts & Crafts at the RHS

Colin & Kyla Davidson for winning the Junior National Dairy Cattle Dressing.

Club awards for special Achievement went to:

Winning Jumior Stock judging Team at Ayr Show - Colin Davidson, James Picken and Michael Yates.

This Year Stewartry Young Farmers would like to put forward teams to as many events as possible

but of course we can't do this without people to make up the teams!
